I am accredited by the UKCP which means I adhere to their ethical code. This ensures clients can expect confidentiality and that I am undertaking sufficient supervision and continued professional development. These measures are in place to make sure that psychotherapists are consistently reflecting on their practice, being challenged to think about their work to benefit their clients and keep in touch with developments in the wider field including new research and theories.
